STRESS AND STUDENTS

CAUSES OF STRESS
1.       Financial
Most people are having this problem. When we don’t have money and at the same time we need a lot of money, we tend to worry too much and started to think negatively. We have to do a lot of things with money such as pay home rent or car. In addition, we tend to be stressed by a loss of income, or mounting credit card debt. While college students usually stress over paying for an education.
2. Work
Work is closely related to finances as a cause of stress. Our jobs or careers seem to cause constant stress. Is the workplace causes stress? How is the workplace causing stress? We are worry about getting and keeping sufficient employment. We are worry about new types of work or new responsibilities. We struggle to climb a career ladder, to be better and survive in developing world. For students, especially teenagers, their school work is a cause of stress.
3. Family
Family problems also lead to stress. For the married, arguments with a spouse may lead to stress. Divorce, marriage also the stress factors. A child moves out - an aging parent moves in. Family health is also a cause of stress. A sick family member, a seriously injured, pregnancy, miscarriage, or abortion can cause stress.
4. Personal Concerns
All human has a desire to control over his or her own life. When the control is weak, we experience stress. Too many people causing a lack of control over their own time is a leading cause of stress. We want to determine the direction of our task around the home, or at work. You want to control your time, rather than letting others control it.
5. Personal Health and Safety
For some people, stress is related to obesity, and a desire to lose weight. Stress also can be detected when a person smokes, under abuse of alcohol or other drugs. Illness whether serious or not, can be a leading factor of stress for many people. Personal safety is also a leading cause of stress. Women, tend to stress about their own safety s there are many cases involving them. Adults tend to stress more than young people, who may act invincible.

6. Personal Relationships
A friendship, dating, separation, marriage, divorce, or re-marriage, a relationship may lead to stress. All of us want to be loved and fall in love. Hence, when we cannot get what we want, we keep thinking about it until we become out of order.
7. Death
Death seems to be the most affective factor of stress. When we lose someone we love, it is the most terrible nightmare. The sadness keeps following us. Hence, we cannot control our consideration.
