Most people are having this problem. When we don’t have money and at the same time we need a lot of money, we tend to worry too much and started to think negatively. While college students usually stress over paying for an education.

We are worry about getting and keeping sufficient employment. We are worry about new types of work or new responsibilities. We struggle to climb a career ladder, to be better and survive in developing world. For students, especially teenagers, their school work is a cause of stress.

Illness whether serious or not, can be a leading factor of stress for many people. Personal safety is also a leading cause of stress. Women, tend to stress about their own safety s there are many cases involving them. Adults tend to stress more than young people, who may act invincible.

READ, UNDERSTAND, THINK...

As we grow up, we will face more challenges. The difference is whether we are going to succeed or fail. Whoever is willing to sacrifice, he or she will pass the test. The main key to succeed is you yourself. Only you can save yourself from any danger. There is no one that will help you. By that time, all you need to do is trust yourself and be yourself.

'The best you can be at any given moment is yourself'
Elizabeth Alraune

Be proud of yourself. Doesn’t matter if anyone didn't realize your abilities, but you yourself should show them how great you are. You will feel better if you achieve success with your own effort or attitude because you do it the way you are.

'You were born an original. Don't die a copy'
John Mason

Being self – motivated or self – centered is an advance to you. Creating a new invention by using your own ideas is called an accomplishment. Instead of copying others model and proudly present the creation in crowds but still don’t mean anything.

'Do what you can, with what you have, where you are'
Theodore Roosevelt
